Shipping & Cancellation Policy

It takes 10-15 days from order to delivery. You will be notified once your order is shipped

  • We do not have express shipping available. However for orders in Delhi or Noida, same day delivery could be made possible via Porter, Borzo. You may request the same by reaching out to our Customer Support via WhatsApp or email. However, the charges (as per actuals) are payable at the customer’s end. 

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order only through email.
