Returns & Refund Policy

At Hi Kollar, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

There will be strictly no return & refund available for any products purchased during any sale on the website. Only exchanges will be allowed. This includes all the birthday sale, diwali sale, deal of the day/week sale etc. 

  1. We are happy to offer return/exchange on any unworn items, except made-to-order items and clearance sale items, within 48 hours of delivery. No further actions can be taken on this.
  2.  What if the product I receive is damaged or defective?
    We carry out a strict quality check before dispatch. But if your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a video of unboxing of the shirt. Once verified, we’ll offer an exchange 
  3. Pick-up for exchange will be attempted twice. If the courier company is still unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. 
  4. Reverse Shipment Fee
  • A fee of up to 150 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy
  • Reverse pickup services are subject to availability in your area


  1. Kindly note that returns for bulk orders are not eligible for pickup; customers must self-ship the items to our return address at their own cost.
  2. The items must be unharmed, unworn, unwashed and should be in their original packaging with tags & invoice intact
  3. Please return the product(s) in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or without the tags and original packaging, an exchange/return would not be provided in such case.
  4. A flat fee of Rs 200 per product will be charged for exchanges and returns.
  5. We do not accept any returns/exchanges on customized products as they are made to order!
  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of returns
  7. Initiate Return: Email us at 📧 hikollar9@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, once your request is approved, we'll arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for self shipping.
  8. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is approved.
  9. Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
